With the certainty that 'growing and helping others to grow too' should be the purpose, Aldo Solar completes four decades promoting even the development of some sectors, such as solar energy, in Brazil. Making the connection between consumers and equipment that can improve the lives of these people.

Sometimes I think this phrase could illustrate the forty years I have dedicated to understanding what my clients need, showing them the best options and fostering this connection. In the beginning, Aldo from the Kombi would leave Maringá and travel around Paraná, always focused on this mission. Over time, the physical part of the work changed.

Distribution no longer required hours behind the wheel loaded with components to maintain televisions and stereos. Following the development of technology, the intention to offer the best and promote ways for people to fulfill their desires was reinforced, popularizing the use, practice and familiarization with IT (information technology) solutions.

At this stage, in addition to bringing the best in the world to Brazil, we began manufacturing equipment here, always thinking about creating conditions to deliver the best and develop the IT sector. Over the course of 40 years, Kombi has become a gigantic, modern, efficient headquarters with different solutions, with a strong focus on solar energy equipment.

What hasn't changed is the goal of doing everything possible to bring consumers closer to the best solutions on the market. Showcasing the best equipment and helping to create ways for customers to acquire it has helped me grow and, especially in the case of the distributor Aldo, whose customers are resellers, has helped them grow as well. In practice, a small reseller who buys X and becomes big with my help ends up buying 2X.

It's a win-win: everyone grows. And what do you learn in forty years? I learned that it is worth believing in purpose, in the desire to grow and to make others grow, not only in B2B, to use a current term, but to contribute to the development of a sector. There is no denying that Aldo Solar, one of Aldo's focuses today, participates in the development of the photovoltaic energy sector in Brazil.

After all, one third of what is sold for solar energy production and storage in the country today has Aldo Solar as its protagonist. To use another current term, this is sustainability. We truly believe that with 'win-win' policies it is possible to promote and maintain development. We practice sustainability not only for the benefit of the environment, but also for the Brazilian people.

As we promote solar energy in Brazil, this renewable source will become more popular and more Brazilians will have access to this energy. I never had a plan B. If I had only thought about profit, for example, I think these 40 years would have been different. We grew focused on the purpose of growing and helping others grow together and thus strengthening an entire sector. It's been like this for 40 years and we'll continue like this.
