The solar energy market in Brazil is expanding rapidly, demanding technological solutions that ensure precision, efficiency and competitiveness. In this scenario, BelEnergy, in a strategic partnership with the Swiss company Solextron, is launching a fully automated platform for the development of photovoltaic projects.

The solution combines cutting-edge technology for accurate solar generation calculations, artificial intelligence, advanced 3D design with shading simulation, battery sizing optimization and automated commercial proposals.

“Currently, national sizing platforms use data interpolations that are unrelated to the electrical model of the photovoltaic system. This generates uncertainty due to the numerous variables involved, such as irradiance, clouds, wind and temperature,” said Renato Minamisawa, founder of Solextron.

“Solextron is here to change this scenario, integrating cutting-edge technologies to offer complete solutions that meet the new quality demands of today’s solar energy market,” he highlighted.

Solextron in large projects: Belenus case

An example of the platform’s potential is its application in the Belenus Group’s photovoltaic plant. In this project, Solextron was used to develop a 1,2 MW system, including a battery bank optimized both financially and energetically.

According to the company, the platform is the only one that automates the sizing of solar systems based on financial indicators, such as ROI and LCOE, and energy generation data simulated with complex models.

Using reliable sources such as Google Maps, ESRI and a calibrated national meteorological database, the tool ensures maximum accuracy in locating projects and estimating photovoltaic generation.

The solution also automatically provides the tariff basis for each project, according to the region's energy distributor, and offers detailed technical reports and personalized commercial proposals.

3D design and realistic simulation

Another advantage of the platform is its ability to create detailed 3D layouts, taking into real measurements, obstructions and shading conditions. This provides a realistic visualization of the project, facilitating decision-making and alignment with environmental conditions.

BelEnergy updates training schedule with focus on hybrid systems and batteries

Solextron also simulates the impact of shading throughout the day and year, optimizing the arrangement of solar modules. In addition, the calculation of static load on the s is being implemented.

With access to an updated catalog of BelEnergy modules, inverters and batteries, the tool recommends the most suitable equipment for each project based on optimization criteria, as well as the efficient division of strings and MPPTs guarantees maximum performance of the photovoltaic system.

Projects developed by Solextron

In total, more than 2 projects have been developed with Solextron in the last 12 months alone. According to the company, the platform offers complete for professionals in the sector, providing assistance from the design to the optimization of photovoltaic systems, ensuring customized and high-quality solutions.
