An answer

  1. It seems like a criminal situation, the way Cemig has been acting towards customers in the installation of solar energy. The agencies, ANEEL, state and federal governments should monitor and apply heavy fines, in order to correct the shameful procedure adopted by the concessionaire Cemig.
