A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) published, on February 10, the Normative Resolution No. 1.059, which regulates the 14.300 Law in Brazil.

The document brought some changes to the content presented in the draft rapporteur director Helvio Guerra to adapt to what was discussed during the vote between directors, the Agency's technical area and agents in the electrical sector.

Therefore, the market is experiencing a time of changes, which is consequently bringing a certain uncertainty for investors, installers and consumers.

Even in this scenario, no matter how regulations change, the photovoltaic technology can overcome any change. This is the analysis of Raghu Belur, product director at Enphase.
