Four men were arrested in flagrante, this Thursday (17), by military police da 9th Independent Company suspects for theft of cables in solar power plant, in Diamantino (MT). One of the suspects is an employee of the commercial establishment targeted by the gang. 

A gang allegedly stole around 4 thousand meters of cables from the company's headquarters, located in the municipality of Alto Paraguai. The military police received information that the suspects of the theft were hiding in a wooded area and were using a Peugeot vehicle for . 

Os military intensified policing in the region and located a car with the same characteristics presented in the complaint. As the teams approached, the The driver of the vehicle fled at high speed along a dirt road.

After persecution, the military police managed to approach the vehicle and identify three suspects. With them, the teams seized two damaged cell phones and part of the cables stolen from the solar plant that were in the trunk of the vehicle.

A The gang did not provide information about the origin and destination of the power cables. Two of them have criminal records for drug trafficking. 

Later, the military police located the fourth suspect, who was allegedly an employee of the company. The suspects and all seized material were taken to the police station to a police report.
