According to a report released by IHS MARKIT, a global information research organization, the shipment of energy storage inverters (PCS – Power Conversion System) more than doubled in 2020 and exceeded 11 GW globally.

According to the study, the sector is expected to raise around US$6,8 million over the next five years. The front-of-the-meter market, for example, ed for 73% of global shipments.

Regarding the market share ranking, the IHS MARKIT survey showed the Praise as the world's 5th supplier of inverters for energy storage last year.

Felipe Picoli, an engineer at Kehua, highlighted that, in two years, the company went from eighth to fifth place in this segment. “Kehua has 33 years of experience in the power conversion and power electronics industry.”

“We predict that the storage system is the missing technology to reach 100% of the renewable cycle in the world. With it we can stabilize electricity generation from large solar and wind plants and it is possible to control demand”, he highlighted.

“For Kehua, being in the TOP 5 in the supply of ESS (Energy Storage System) shows that we have cutting-edge technology and that we can be strong and competitive in the energy storage market”, concluded Picoli.
