Price of PERC, TOPCon and HJT modules drops on the international market

The price of PERC, TOPCon modules quality HJT technology presented new falls on the international market last week, according to information from new bulletin da InfoLink Consulting.

The document, released this Thursday (11), points out that technology Perc suffered a 4,2% drop at its average value, both for the 182 mm and 210 mm modules. Both are trading for $0,115/W.

In turn, the price of the modules TOPCon fell 7,7% last week, selling for US$0,12/W. 

Solar s with HJT technology suffered a reduction of around 3,4% in the same period, with an average cost of R$0,14/W. 

Cells

Another component that suffered reductions in its value in the last week were photovoltaic cells.

The Type-P ones suffered the biggest fluctuations, with the 182 mm ones having a variation of 7,7%, for a market value of US$ 0,048/W, while the 210 mm ones had a drop of 9,6 .0,047% ($XNUMX/W). 

N-Type cells suffered a smaller change, of just 3,2%, being sold for US$ 0,06/W on the international market. 

According to InfoLink Consulting, cell manufacturers continued to increase their production for the month of April, especially Type-N. Overall, production should reach 70 to 71 GW, an increase of 12% compared to last month.

Wafer

As has been happening consistently in recent weeks, the value of wafers also continued to decline, with the exception of the 182mm P-Type which were not affected. 210mm P-Types fell 6,6% to $0,268 per piece.

“Production plans for April were reduced to around 67 GW, an oscillation of 6% to 7%”, highlights the bulletin from InfoLink Consulting.
