A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) approved Tuesday (23) changes to Normative Resolution No. 1.000/2021 which aim to implement electrical energy infrastructure for properties in the PMCMV (My Home, My Life Program).
As changes refer to the rules for construction works network infrastructure and internal electrical installations that distributors need to carry out, in accordance with Law No. 14.620/2023 and Decree No. 12.084/2024.

A Law No. 14.620/2023 refers to the new Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program and changed some laws, including the 14.300/2022 which deals with distributed micro and minigeneration and decree no. 12.084/2024, published on July 1st, refers to the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Clean Energy Program.
Other changes made by law nº 14.620/2023
Consumers ed in Single (Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government) with a distributed micro and minigeneration system and which are part of the compensation system CESG, will have minimum 50% discount in relation to the minimum billable value applicable to other consumers with distributed micro and mini generation systems.
If the table stop participating in the Single Registration, you will also no longer receive the subsidy.
The properties of PMCMV with distributed mini or microgeneration will be able to sell with public agencies at the federal level, state/district and municipal energy generated and not used.
A rule for commercialization is different from that used in the ACL (Free Contracting Environment) and SCEE. The value will be defined between the consumer and the public body.
A energy purchased by public bodies will have the SCEE tariff, approved by ANEEL and tariff discounts established in the distributor's tariff approval resolution.
Clean Energy Program
O Clean Energy Program was established on July 1st and aims to reduce energy costs for families participating in Minha Casa, Minha Vida and who have access to distributed generation, mainly from solar sources.
Families that receive up to R$2.640 (band 1 of the program) will have priority in installing services.
