A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) opened, this Thursday (23), the deadline for sending suggestions for Grant Grant 08/2024 – which aims to obtain contributions for regulation of Decree No. 11.314, December 28, 2022.

O document, in question, deals with electric power transmission concessions at the end of its validity, favoring new tenders to replace electricity transmission concessions at the end of contracts rather than extending existing contracts.

According to ANEEL, several concession contracts begin to expire from 2025 in Brazil, especially from 2030 onwards, which means they will need new tenders. To the Contributions can be sent until July 08th on email: [email protected].
