ANEEL publishes Technical Note with proposed improvements for flow reversal

ANEEL prepared NT 32/2024 after analyzing 563 contributions

A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) concluded a Technical Note with the consolidation of regulatory proposals for the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program and improvements to the flow reversal theme.

A NT 32/2024 (Technical Note nº 32/2024) was prepared after analyzing 563 contributions from 107 companies, associations and individuals received by the Agency during the 03/2024 (Public Consultation No. 3/2024), in addition to several technical studies developed.

The document, dated April 26, has 72 pages and is being analyzed by companies, professionals, associations and agents in the electrical sector.

Contributions from 03/2024

In total, Public Consultation 03/2024 received 563 contributions from 107 participants. The majority of contributions were on the topic of flow reversal, with 322 contributions (57%). Contributions outside the scope totaled 133 (24%) and contributions on the theme of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program ed for 108 (19%).

Also according to ANEEL, of the 430 contributions that addressed the topic of 03/2024, 177 were not accepted, which corresponds to 41% of all contributions sent. Of this total, 136 spoke about flow reversal and 42 about the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program.
