On June 10th, the city of Ribeirão Preto (SP) will host an event promoted by AVT – Distribuidora Solar, which will bring together experts and businesspeople from the sector to discuss trends, regulations and commercial strategies aimed at the photovoltaic market.

The meeting, which will raffle off more than 30 thousand reais in prizes, will take place at the Araucária Plaza Hotel, from 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm, and will be attended by Ericka Araújo, Communications leader at Canal Solar and journalist with extensive experience in the renewable energy segment. She will give a lecture that will bring practical reflections on how strategic information can boost the performance of integrators, distributors and resellers in the solar sector.

With the theme “The power of information: how to use it to grow in the solar market?”, Ericka will address how market data, technical knowledge and regulatory updates can be used to anticipate changes, price more safely, market accurately and establish stronger commercial partnerships.

“Information is a competitive advantage. Those who have access to quality information, anticipates and grows, even in a volatile market”, he stated.

Strategic topics on the agenda

The AVT event in Ribeirão Preto (SP) will also feature discussions on regulations and business opportunities, such as:

  • NBR 17.193, which establishes new fire safety requirements for photovoltaic systems, including mandatory use of AFCI (arc fault interruption) and RSD (rapid shutdown function);
  • Avoiding rejections due to flow inversion, focusing on the situations provided for by REN 1000/2021 that unlock access opinions;
  • Battery market in Brazil, which should move more than R$22 billion by 2030, driven by falling prices, technological advances and the search for greater energy resilience;
  • Consumer profiles and negotiations of battery systems, with analysis of the best solutions – backup, peak shaving or time shifting – and consumption profiles (residential, commercial, agricultural and utility scale);
