O project market e fabrication of structures and marketing of solar trackers to large photovoltaic plants continues at full steam in Brazil. This is the assessment of multinational Axial.

Last year, the company of Spanish origin increased revenue by almost 170% in Brazil, according to the general director, mechanical engineer Priscila Marzullo. In the executive's assessment, the increase results from the increase in contracted projects and the heating up of the market.

"The Brazilian solar energy market has been growing at an accelerated pace in recent years, driven by public policies and the growing demand for clean energy. Furthermore, as Axial has a team with in-depth technical knowledge and differentiated technological solutions, we see ourselves as a very competitive player in the sector, which would justify our growth, which, in such a short time, is actually quite significant”, observes Priscila.

According to the company, in 2023 there was a 221% increase in installed capacity in commercialized projects compared to 2022. “Given the track record we have already achieved, we believe it is possible to achieve the goals we are projecting, especially because, in just the first quarter of this year, we had almost sured the entire volume of megawatts sold in 2023”, highlights the general director.

Currently, Axial counts projects in different parts of Brazil, including in the regions Southeast, Midwest, Northeast and South.

In addition to engineering services for projects, concentrated in the Sao Paulo-SP), the company has, since 2022, a logistics center of 1,3 square meters in Camaçari (BA), where it produces the photovoltaic solar module fixing structures.
