Fox ESS, a manufacturer of inverters, batteries and storage solutions and BESS, has entered into a strategic partnership in the area of hybrid inverters and batteries with BelEnergy.
The agreement aims to provide energy independence and security to consumers, as well as access to energy solutions such as backup, no-break, zero grid, peak shaving and time shift.
With the commercial agreement, BelEnergy will sell several models of hybrid inverters from the end of January, from single-phase 5 kW to three-phase 20 kW. Strengthening the storage market, the company will have in its portfolio the EP 5 (5 kWh) and EP 11 (10 kWh) batteries, which allow the parallel connection of up to four units, reaching up to 40 kWh of storage capacity.
Furthermore, the equipment is INMETRO certified, has IP65 protection rating, BMS, CAM communication and high voltage/low current technology – that is, lower current and smaller diameter cables working at lower temperatures and with greater safety, efficiency, yield, useful life, performance and 6.000 charge and discharge cycles.
Fernando Castro, Director of New Business LATAM at Fox ESS, praised the efforts in this negotiation and partnership, and highlighted the brand's commitment to meeting BelEnergy's expectations, offering updated, high-quality and efficient products, sold in the European and American markets, in addition to broad access to the supply of energy solutions to the distributor's customers.
Sérgio Lucas, president of BelEnergy, recalled the history of the company that began in 2020, which emerged to complement the other fronts of the Belenus Group. “The company has over 40 years of history, and in an accelerated manner and always seeking excellence, it has stood out as a leader in the national market for the distribution of photovoltaic equipment”.
“We have differentials such as the internal production of structures for photovoltaic kits, a module testing laboratory, local warehouses with more than 72.000 m2 for prompt delivery of products, an internal equipment laboratory, internal training centers and the BEL University, which offers in-person and online courses to train integrators,” he highlighted.
According to Sérgio, BelEnergy seeks to consolidate its leadership in the DG (distributed generation) market, and is offering the segment a solution of hybrid inverters and quality batteries and training its integrator customers for the new wave of the photovoltaic sector of greater use of batteries.
“In addition, we will be making videos available on the use and configuration of these products at BEL University, as well as the 'Battery Calculator' tool to help our integrator customers offer reliable, quality products and solutions to consumers,” he concluded.
