BelEnergy promotes networking for the commercial photovoltaic sector

Photovoltaic equipment manufacturer BelEnergy promoted Seller 4.0 with the aim of empowering the company's commercial sector. The event took place in Vinhedo, in the interior of São Paulo, between the 6th and 9th of February.

Considering the changes in the photovoltaic sector, the training focused on technical content, in addition to highlighting sales methods, how to attract the customer and relate to the market.

The event was held in partnership with inverter manufacturer Deye, represented by Caio Lentini and Thiago Gomes, updating the sector regarding hybrid inverters, storage systems and mono investors.

Furthermore, the meeting was attended by references from the national photovoltaic sector.

Among them, Bruno Kikumoto, director of Canal Solar, who spoke about the solar energy market; Eliane Candido, business manager at Clamper, who highlighted the importance of the string box in photovoltaic systems.

According to Leonardo Tega, commercial director at BelEnergy, Seller 4.0 was designed to encourage the sales team to achieve positive and sustainable results.

“I often say that our employees in this important sector are the engine that makes BelEnergy's gears turn, because it is thanks to the dedication of each of them that we are growing more and more in a sustainable way year after year”, highlights the executive.

According to Tega, this is an important initiative to start the year 2023 with improvements in the company's development, in order to become the largest distributor of photovoltaic equipment nationwide.

Special participations

Held with the aim of strengthening the company's internal team in the commercial sector, the program featured the participation of well-known figures, such as Rodrigo Pimentel, former Captain of BOPE (Special Operations Battalion, from Rio de Janeiro) and screenwriter of the cinematographic work national 'Elite Troop', inspiring the famous character 'Capitão Nascimento'.

The conference covered a variety of topics, including topics such as motivation, sales techniques, public speaking and persuasion, time management and people management. Businessman Christian Barbosa, author of the books “A Tríade do Tempo”, “Mais Tempo, Mais Dinheiro” and “Equilíbrio e Resultado”, spoke about productivity.

Among the references in the commercial and business sector were Thiago Concer, the biggest influencer in sales education in Brazil and leader of the biggest movement to value the profession, OSV (Pride of Being a Salesman) and Rick Chesther, former bricklayer, digital influencer and currently a lecturer at Harvard, author of the books “Pega a Visão and A Favela Venceu”.

Joiris Manoela, CEO of Energês, also shared his knowledge about the sector and explained that it is still worth investing in solar energy, in addition to exploring what arguments can be used during the sales process.
