The Bluesun Group acquired 100% of the shares in the structure manufacturer FotoFIX. The information was obtained exclusively by Canal Solar. According to the group, the purchase aims to increase control over the production process and release of photovoltaic kits distributed by the company.

“The partnership between the distributor Bluesun, TOP2 Greener, and the FotoFIX, TOP 3 Greener, is already well known in the market, and has been for a long time. All kits produced by Bluesun come with FotoFIX structures, which are high standard structures, made of extruded aluminum and parts with superior finishing for all types of roofs (ceramic, fiber cement, metallic) and an exclusive hybrid structure for slabs and soil”, informed the company.

Roberto Marcel Caurim, CEO of Bluesun, highlights that the idea is to reduce costs, ensure higher quality and optimize the kit assembly process, from raw material production to product distribution.

“The forecast is that, in a short period of time, the result of this acquisition will be a reduction in costs and consequently the final price of the more than 2500 photovoltaic kits manufactured monthly at Bluesun, in addition to obtaining greater control over the entire manufacturing process ”, reinforced Caurim.

The value of the acquisition was not revealed by Bluesun and the g of the contracts has already been finalized, transferring all shares to the Bluesun Group.
