O Ciesp (Industry Center of the State of São Paulo) and the Enel Brazil will create a permanent group discussions about opportunities for improvement in the services provided by the multinational company to the industry sector. The proposal was made this Monday (01) during a visit by the Ciesp team to Enel, in the capital of São Paulo.

Ciesp currently represents 8 thousand industries in São Paulo and has 42 regional offices spread across the state. This was the first visit under the current president, Rafael Cervone, who took over the entity in January last year.

Cervone himself had already invited Enel to a meeting at Ciesp's headquarters, which took place on March 23, to address complaints from associated companies, such as interruptions in energy supply, stoppages due to uninformed maintenance, oscillations and flashes in the supply of energy.

According to Cervone, it is important for the company to be open to listening to its s and working on improvements. “We need to reestablish these connections and have this ongoing dialogue.”

“This is good for Enel and for our industries, which absolutely depend on the supply of electricity to avoid paralyzing their production processes”, concluded the executive.
