Na Wednesday (31), to 17h30, the Technical Committee CE-C2 - Operation and Control of Power Systems of the CIGRE-Brazil will hold the webinar “Use of the TopSim Simulator in Processes ONS (National Electric System Operator)”.
O event is open to the public and will have the participation of André Snaider, electrical studies engineer at ONS about the TopSim simulator.
The professional will present the simulator application, tool used by ONS for various operation and control processes of the Brazilian electrical system.
During the webinar there will be practical demonstration of the use of TopSim for operator training and certification.
also there will be blackout simulations in which teams must work to restore the electrical system, in addition to different types of failures and situations that an operator may face on a daily basis.
