CIGRE seminar will address the technological evolution of the sector

Event, in Florianópolis (SC), will have a hybrid format and will be attended by experts

O IV SENCESF (CIGRE National Seminar on Photovoltaic Solar Energy) will be held in a hybrid format, in person in Florianópolis (SC) and will also have live broadcast of lectures and debates.

The event will take place on November 4th, and will address the balance of evolution innovation of photovoltaic energy and its integration with other distributed energy resources.

Furthermore, the seminar aims to disseminate the state of the art in research and development, as well as prospecting related scientific and industrial advances. The online broadcast will be available on YouTube CIGRE-Brazil. According to the release, the event program will include the following lectures:

  • Lecture 1 – Integration of Variable Energy Sources into the Brazilian Electrical Matrix. (Leonardo Rese – Engie);
  • Lecture 2 – The potential of storage systems in large-scale renewable integration. (Markus Vlasits – New Charge);
  • Lecture 3 – Hybrid Renewable Energy Production: A perspective of the potential gains to be achieved. (Dorel Ramos – USP);
  • Lecture 4 – Integration and perspectives of renewable energy sources in the Brazilian electrical matrix. (Gustavo Pires da Ponte – EPE);
  • Lecture 5 – Penetration of renewable sources in diesel networks – Fernando de Noronha case study. (Marcelo Pinho Almeida – ABENS);
  • Lecture 6 – Porto Primavera Thermosolar Plant – integration between the thermosolar source in Cesp’s renewable energy complex. (Jonas Rafael Gazoli – Eudora Energia);
  • Lecture 7 – Microgrids for Critical Applications: Alcântara Launch Center. (Luiz Ribeiro – UFMA);
  • Lecture 8 – Pecém Project – Fortaleza/CE – Green hydrogen. (Cayo Moraes – EDP);
  • Lecture 9 – Green hydrogen and its Interaction with Photovoltaic Systems. (João Camargo – Hytron).
