O Crea-SP (Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council of São Paulo) created a manual guidance of renewable energy supervision to standardize supervisory activities in technical activities that require the presence of a ed professional.
The initiative was based on a survey carried out by the entity's Inspection Superintendence on the difficulties in supervising the work stages of renewable energies, from generation, transmission, distribution, commissioning, projects and installation.
“In this way, the Council provides guidance for tax agents, unifies procedures and even provides a checklist so that they can monitor point by point what needs to be checked”, explains the entity’s superintendent of inspection, engineer Maria Edith dos Santos.
To carry out the task, the Multidisciplinary Committee on Renewable Energy Sources was formed. The group carried out periodic meetings with companies in the sector, energy concessionaires and professionals working in the market, to discuss the best strategies for more effective supervision.
“Our mission is to identify problems and seek solutions for them. And how will we do this? Listening, understanding and meeting the needs of the technological area. The booklet is the result of this commitment to building paths together”, highlights the president of the Council, engineer Lígia Mackey.
O material brings points such as: legal foundations of the professions that work in the area; examples of places to inspect; the technical activities involved; and other information that is essential to contribute to legal work in photovoltaics.
A booklet is available on Crea-SP website for access and was prepared in conjunction with the CCEE (Electric Energy Trading Chamber).
