The photovoltaic module manufacturer Dah Solar will be exhibiting its full-screen color photovoltaic modules, which have been gaining global recognition, over the three days of Intersolar South America. One example is the 466 kW BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) project currently under development in China. 

“The main objective of the colored modules is to integrate with buildings so that energy can be generated in places with different architecture and different scenarios, enabling greater usability,” highlighted Felipe Santos, commercial director at LATAM.

According to Santos, integration with buildings creates greater possibilities for generating energy, replacing traditional construction components or adding these generating elements without losing the architectural characteristics of the location.

The director also pointed out that the colored modules of dah are manufactured with fullscreen technology. “This technology, patented by DAH Solar, is borderless and therefore minimizes the accumulation of dirt and water. “Because they have fullscreen technology, it is still possible to obtain a generation of 6 to 15% higher than conventional models, since they do not accumulate dirt and thus have outstanding performance,” highlighted Santos. 

“DAH Solar modules have high mechanical and weather resistance, as they have a specific construction process, and can also be manufactured in different colors, according to customer needs,” he added.

Plans for the photovoltaic market

With the growing demand for sustainable and integrated solutions, DAH Solar is strategically positioned to expand its presence in the BIPV market. 

The company said it continues to invest heavily in research and development, with the aim of improving its technologies and increasing the efficiency of its solar cells. 

One example of this is the introduction of TOPCon technology, which, according to DAH Solar, promises to further increase conversion efficiency.
