Event organizers estimate that more than 50 thousand people will visit Intersolar Europe 2022

The biggest event in the solar energy sector returns to Munich, , with a successful first day. This year, themes related to climate transition have been a crucial point in the event, bringing solutions and technologies focused on the renewable energy and decreased use of fossil sources. 

Divided into a colossal structure, the fair is divided into 12 exhibition halls with 132 thousand m² of space, accommodating a total of 1.356 exhibitors, stands with numerous new products, services and innovative business models. According to the event organizers, the expectation is that more than 50 thousand people will visit the Intersolar Europe 2022.

In the corridors, exhibitors offer numerous products and services such as renewable energy and heat generation technologies, storage systems innovative solutions, smart grids, charging infrastructure or e-mobility: promising solutions for the supply of renewable energy.

In the photovoltaic sector, which has experienced a boom in the market in recent years, solutions were presented in BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics – Photovoltaic Integration in Civil Construction), and are being highlighted at Intersolar Europe. 

The manufacturer LONGi presented at its stand its BIPV modules intended for installing facades in buildings. There are several colors available to choose from for consumers who wish to invest in this technology. According to the company, these products are already present in some applications in China and can be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

Company ARaymond is also present at the event and presents fixing products for structures, grounding and cable management for photovoltaic systems. 

According to a Jean-Baptiste Chevrier, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ARaymond, the company's highlight this year is the partnerships that are growing and expanding to countries such as Brazil, the United States and China, in addition to presenting one of its main products; fixing clips for solar modules that eliminate the need for screws when assembling the structure.

A TBEA is also present at the event presenting a range of inverters of different powers and, according to Gonzalo Carrasco, company manager, the main highlight of TBEA is its expansion to different countries in Europe, India and Brazil.  

The cleaning solar modules seems to have a greater presence than last year, bringing equipment in different sizes, such as little robots, which can be compared to domestic vacuum cleaners, large machines and devices that can extend their cleaning brushes up to two meters, increasing the reach when cleaning.

A electric mobility was also a notable theme at the event, especially on the first day, where visitors had the opportunity to perform test drive entitled to drive on Munich highways. 

Anyone ing through the event corridors can easily come across Brazilians who came to Munich to participate in the Event. Electrical engineers, companies in the solar sector or students in the field of renewable energy, all with a common interest; look for products, services and solutions at Intersolar that can be implemented in Brazil.
