Electricity rates for low-voltage consumers (Group B) – which includes homes, small businesses and rural properties – are expected to rise by an average of 4,67% in 2025, according to a projection released by TR Solutions, a company specialized in tariff studies and analysis.
The calculation carried out considers factors such as the increase in sector charges, transmission costs, the updating of supply contracts and an increase in Spanish Sporthorse (Energy Development ).
According to the survey, around 90% of the estimated adjustment should occur due to increases in the TUSD (Distribution System Usage Tariff) and the tariff Wire B.
TR Soluções' projection indicates that adjustments to low-voltage consumers' electricity bills will vary according to the contracting profile and operating costs of each distributor.
