A Elera Renewables entered into a partnership for self-production of energy with Schulz SA The contract, which is in the process of obtaining approval from CADE (istrative Council for Economic Defense), includes the start of energy supply scheduled for 2025.
The agreement follows the self-production model by matching in a park with an installed capacity of 48 MW, which is part of the Janaúba Solar Complex. The contract will allow Schulz SA to avoid the emission of more than 32 thousand tons of CO₂ annually.
The publicly traded company from Santa Catarina has two business divisions: automotive, specialized in machining and assembling parts for industries; and compressors, focused on the manufacture of piston and screw compressors.
