A Enel Rio will hold a webinar to clarify doubts about the P (Public Call for Energy Efficiency Projects), this Tuesday (18), from 10 am to 11:30 am, offering information about the notice, registration process and proposal evaluation criteria.
With a total investment of R$3,5 million, this year's edition will include projects aimed at modernizing public lighting, implementing solar plants and replacing high-consumption equipment with more efficient models.
Of this amount, the Enel Rio will distribute R$1,6 million for public lighting projects; R$1,6 million for initiatives in the commercial, industrial, rural, service and public sector and R$300 thousand for residential projects.
To participate in the public call, proposals must be valued between R$500 and R$800 and may include replacing air conditioning units with more efficient models, installing photovoltaic systems and solar heaters, and modernizing lighting, refrigeration and drive systems.
Enel announces R$7,8 billion in improvements to energy supply
Since the creation of the PEE (Energy Efficiency Program) in 1998, Enel Rio has invested R$370 million in 387 projects. Project registrations can be made until March 7th through the website, by clicking here.
This year, 12 energy efficiency projects approved in previous Public Calls are expected to be implemented, totaling 10 municipalities.
