Evolua Energia has completed the energization of the Quinta São Luiz photovoltaic plant, located in Montes Claros (Minas Gerais), consolidating another significant step in its trajectory of expanding renewable energy generation in Brazil.

With a capacity of 1,5 MWac and 1,98 MWp, the project represents the last plant to be energized within the investments made through Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) I and II, which totaled R$225 million. In total, the investments for the construction of the company's own plants reached R$340 million, resulting in a total installed capacity of 41,5 MW nominal.

The project also brought direct benefits to the region, creating approximately 50 jobs during its construction and maintaining around 10 jobs during the operational phase. In addition to boosting the local market, the initiative improves the quality of energy supply in the area, increasing its relevance for the socioeconomic development of Montes Claros.

The project is part of Evolua's national strategy, which already has a diversified portfolio of solar projects in operation. The company focuses on implementing advanced technological solutions, combined with environmental responsibility, with the aim of transforming the Brazilian energy scenario and boosting the regions where it operates.

“The energization of UFV Quinta São Luiz symbolizes more than an operational achievement; it reflects our commitment to promoting sustainable advances that generate value for people and the sector. We will continue to invest in projects that contribute to a cleaner and more affordable energy future,” said Tarcísio Neves, CEO of Evolua Energia.
