The first Meet & Greener takes place on January 21st in São Paulo (SP). The event seeks to discuss the prospects for 2025, trends and indicators of the renewable market.

In addition, Greener's M&A Bulletin will be launched, which provides a compilation of how 2024 was in solar asset transactions and outlines possible scenarios for 2025.

The event also features experts in Solar Plant Valuation and asset due diligence who will provide new and exclusive content discussed at the meeting. 

The program begins at 14:2025 pm with a presentation by Greener, bringing perspectives and a strategic vision of the market for 2025; followed by the launch of the Greener Solar M&A Bulletin 14 at 45:XNUMX pm.

At 15pm the criteria for a due diligence solar with the central points of attention and good practices to mitigate transaction risks and what valuation is and how this concept applies to solar plants.

During the event there will be an open mic moment, which allows interaction with the ists and networking. At the end of the Meet & Greener there will be the official launch of the next Greener Summit.
