The Federal Government published the Decrees of January 8, 2025, which designate the civil servants responsible for composing the replacement list of the Collegiate Board of Directors of ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency).
The measure follows the guidelines of the General Law of Regulatory Agencies, created to prevent the body from being unable to make decisions due to a lack of quorum on the board.
The nominees are:
- First substitute: Ludimila Lima da Silva, Superintendent of Concessions, Permits and Authorizations for Electric Energy Services;
- Second substitute: Daniel Cardoso Danna, Secretary General of ANEEL;
- Third substitute: Ivo Sechi Nazareno, Auction Secretary of the Auction Secretariat.
From this publication onwards, the substitutes, following the order, may be called to form the collegiate. This formation marks an unprecedented fact, allowing the simultaneous presence of two women on the Collegiate Board.
