According to recent data from the ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association), only in the first quarter of 2023 more than 203 thousand new systems came into operation.

To take advantage of the opportunities in this rapidly expanding market, Fronius from Brazil, a subsidiary of the Austrian photovoltaic inverter manufacturer, trains new installation and technical assistance partners during the Fronius Solution Partner Day – Campinas Edition.

In its second edition, the event was attended by 66 technicians from 39 companies in the region, more than double last year, when 66 professionals from 17 companies were certified.

“In addition to bringing together and strengthening relationships with the best integrators, the meeting aimed to promote continuous updating of new partners with the most advanced technology for Fronius solar plants that are arriving in Brazil”, said Thais Bitencourt, manager of marketing at Fronius do Brasil.

She also emphasized the importance of the event to promote an exchange of experiences that help create a solid foundation to take advantage of opportunities in the distributed generation market.

“Currently, Brazil has more than 15 thousand integrators specialized in photovoltaic systems. And we want to select and close partnerships with the best in the solar energy segment in strategic regions for national coverage”, added Thais.

Fronius' goal is to increase the number of FSP and FSP Plus partners by at least 40%, reaching around 150 commercial partners (FSP) and technical assistance partners (FSP+) across the country, and to double the number of points installed in next few years, reaching the mark of 300 thousand inverters in operation.
