A Hanersun delivered, to a customer in Switzerland, the first batch of its module with tTOPCon technology high efficiency, the Hitouch 5N 18-54H, officially starting the mass production to the market.

Launched in June, the module has 425 W and adopt 182mm cells. “TOPCon technology can effectively reduce cell surface and metal compound, increasing efficiency up to 22,38% and bifacial rate up to 80-85%.”

"Together with almost zero LID/LeTID effect and excellent low-irradiation performance abroad, this advanced high-efficiency module can certainly bring extra profit to customers,” the manufacturer highlighted.

As one of Hanersun's main markets, Switzerland has accelerated the development of renewable energy in recent years.

According to a release from the SFOE (Swiss Federal Office of Energy), the country deployed around 683 MW of solar energy in 2021 – an increase of 43% compared to the volume of deployment in 2020.

As for 2022, based on forecasts from BNEF (BloomberNEF), up to 700-900 MW of new PV capacity could be deployed in Switzerland.

“With the strong desire of countries for the energy transition, the photovoltaic industry chain is in a constant process of evolution, especially with TOPCon technology, an important path of development”, highlighted the company.

“Hanersun will be relentless in R&D and manufacture cutting-edge products to help global companies develop their sustainable energy systems, tly confront the energy crisis and reshape the new low-carbon world,” they concluded.
