As the world moves towards renewable energy sources, the need for efficient and reliable storage systems has never been more crucial. Among the solutions available is Hypontech’s LV ESS, designed for residential, remote and off-grid applications.

Hypontech’s system consists of several components, including modules, HES hybrid inverters, HBP LV batteries and an intelligent energy management system, Hypon.Cloud. It offers four operating modes: self-consumption, backup, off-grid and feed-in.

Hybrid Inverter HES 3-6K

According to Hypontech, the HES 3-6K hybrid inverter, integrated with the HBP LV battery, sets a new standard in residential storage systems. “This compatibility ensures more stable system operation, providing optimized performance and reliability,” the company said.

The system is monitored by Hypon.Cloud, which analyzes all inverter and battery parameters. “Should any issues arise, our after-sales team can quickly diagnose the fault, increasing the efficiency of technical ,” they added.

The HES inverter s parallel operation of up to nine units, while the HBP LV batteries can operate in parallel with up to 10 units. Both also remote and individual upgrades. Before starting parallel operation, the inverter performs a safety pre-warning to prevent extreme situations, ensuring safer and more reliable operation.

High climate adaptation

HBP LV batteries have a wide operating temperature range, ranging from -20°C to +60°C. This feature makes them suitable for various climatic conditions, increasing the reliability and stability of the project, in addition to providing greater economic benefits.

Extended life cycle

HBP LV batteries can be fully charged and discharged up to 8.000 times – ensuring efficient storage and release of energy over time, reducing the need for frequent replacement and increasing system reliability.

Efficiency in communication

The inverters use the CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol for fast and efficient data transmission and regulation. The system is highly resistant to interference, ensuring stable communication even in complex environments.

Real-time backup

In the event of a power failure or fluctuation in the power grid, HES series inverters can switch to battery power in just 10 ms. This fast transition ensures continuous operation of equipment, preventing damage and data loss.

Overload capacity

HES inverters loads of up to 1,5 times their nominal power. This capacity allows the system to remain stable even during peak demand, avoiding failures caused by temporary overloads.

Peak shaving and smart management

Through Hypon.Cloud, s can schedule battery charging and discharging times, as well as set maximum power based on local grid conditions and electricity prices. “With this functionality, it is possible to reduce costs by purchasing energy during off-peak hours and selling it during peak demand,” Hypontech concluded.
