Intersolar 2023: launches and highlights from the first day

The pavilions of Expo Center North, in São Paulo (SP), receive this Tuesday (29) the first of the three days of Intersolar South America 2023: the main Latin American innovation event in the photovoltaic sector.

Altogether, more are expected 50 thousand visitors over the three days of the fair – which features a series of new features presented by manufacturers, distributors and other solar energy companies in the national and international market.

For the third consecutive year, the team at Canal Solar is present on site to bring the main technologies presented and everything that happens at the main conferences and lectures.

Featured exhibitors

Aldo Solar

It will welcome visitors to the stand with a new technological concept aligned with the needs of the 3.0 consumer: a spectacle of light and color, following the sunlight and its nuances throughout the day. The ambient sound will also be a spectacle in itself with the creation of a playlist, in addition to its innovations in the sector, which include integrated solutions for the photovoltaic chain, modules, hybrid inverters, energy storage batteries, charging station for electric vehicles, among other releases.

lease

The largest manufacturer of electrical cables in Latin America and producer of aluminum rebar, Alubar brings its portfolio of solutions and technologies for the electrical sector to Eletrotec+EM-Power South America, with a focus on its line of products for power generation parks. renewable energy, with emphasis on cables. The stand will have interactive games available for visitors.

Azume Technology

It will launch the newest functionality of its Solar CRM and Proposal Generator: Sales Dashboard, which allows the integrator to periodically monitor their company. Among the features, it features supplier integration, automatic pricing, website with solar simulator, engineering and after-sales and financing simulation.

Moura batteries

Take your portfolio of batteries for photovoltaic systems to Intersolar. With emphasis on the Moura Solar MS Series battery, the first in the segment to receive the new Inmetro certification.

BN Engineering and Infrastructure

The company announced this year its entry into the energy segment with the start of construction of parks for SPIC Brasil and Canadian Solar in the Northeast of the country.

Benyi

DC component supplier presents its newly launched electric vehicle charging solutions, ranging from 7,4 kW AC to 262 kW DC, to suit both domestic use and commercial operations.

Bonö Group

The holding that brings together several companies in the energy sector value chain in Brazil is going to the fair with its new slogan, “Powering the Future”, and presents the new structure, created to serve the production chain from end to end. With the diversification, the holding now controls five brands in the areas of engineering and projects, services marketplace, equipment distribution, asset management and international logistics.

Digital Grid

The startup, which received investments from the consortium formed by Bossanova, Raja Ventures and Sebrae, will present its solutions for credit management for solar plants at Intersolar South America 2023. It offers technological solutions for renewable energy plants in the SaaS model (Software as a Service ). Gradually, it has consolidated itself as a reference in the distributed generation market.

Energy Brazil

Energy Brasil is launching its first product in 2023, the photovoltaic kit in partnership with BYD, a Chinese electrical giant. The equipment is the only one in Brazil with the BYD Energy seal.

Focus Energy

The distributor of photovoltaic equipment is in the process of expansion and announces its new Distribution Center, located in the region of Atibaia (SP). The stand highlights on-grid inverters, hybrids and microinverters, national and imported modules, as well as fixing structures and String Box, manufactured in-house.

Fronius

Announces the arrival of the Wattpilot line of smart chargers to the Brazilian market. The chargers are compatible with solar energy and stand out for their versatility and compact size. At the stand there will be a demonstration of an electric car being fueled by a photovoltaic charger.

The product will be sold in the Go models, a portable unit that allows the electric vehicle to be recharged on the go, and the Home option, with a capacity of 11 kW, ideal for those who wish to set up a charging station in the garage.

It also demonstrates the GEN 24 Standard hybrid photovoltaic inverter, designed for residential use. It has an emergency backup system, which ensures continuous energy supply in situations of lack of electricity on the grid.

Fuplastic

The Brazilian industry with intelligent and sustainable solutions for civil construction presents the unprecedented control house and innovative and 100% sustainable junction box.

The new feature is the control house made of modular blocks made from recycled plastic. It has a one-day installation, plug & play project, off-site construction and re-signifies 1 ton of plastic per unit.

The Stander Box, a junction box also made from recycled material, offers excellent cost-benefit, quick, safe and resistant assembly. The logistical gain is 800% compared to options on the masonry and concrete market, it is 10 times lighter and reduces 60 kg of plastic in each box.

Go Solar

The big news at the distributor's stand will be the DJI Dock, a geographic mapping and advanced solar analysis solution, developed by drone manufacturer DJI. The DJI Dock was specially designed to meet the needs of solar projects. It helps in sizing areas, analyzing the power and useful life of photovoltaic modules.

GSC

The Santa Catarina Group displays the fiberglass structure for solar s, which stands out for being 30% lighter compared to conventional materials, resistant to flexion, traction and impact, in addition to being immune to corrosion and bad weather. It also includes the fully modular solar lift ladder, as well as equipment such as bi-post, single-post, rail, slab, roof correction and carport.

Hukseflux Brazil

It presents advances in the solarimetric station, specially developed for Centralized Generation and highlights the dirt meter, which optimizes the performance of solar s. It also exhibits flexible and accurate heat flow sensors and the new galvanically isolated RS485 network junction box with DPS, raising communication standards in plants.

JA Solar

The photovoltaic module manufacturer launches two s. One with N-Type ToPCon technology from the DeepBlue 40 PRO family, available in powers from 590W to 615W for the 66-cell model, and from 605W to 630W for the 72-cell model.

The other, with P-Type technology, mono and bifacial. In monofacial, in powers 560W to 585W and, in bifacial, in powers 555W to 580W, both with 72 cells, doped with Gallium and mono PERC cell technology patented by the brand itself.

From its line of energy storage products for homes, it launches a complete system, consisting of inverters + batteries, which encourages self-sufficiency by promoting ease of installation.

Jinko Solar

The main novelty is the Tiger Neo N-Type 66HL4M-BD photovoltaic module, with a rectangular cell. It is a bifacial solar , with double glass and a power of 620 W. The technology guarantees linear performance over the 30 years of the technology's useful life, with annual degradation of 0,4% and lower temperature loss.

LONGi

The manufacturer will have two launches: the revolutionary Hi-MO 6 and Hi-MO 7, exclusive technology modules focused on the Distributed Generation market and centralized generation projects respectively.

Hi-MO 6 is a new generation of photovoltaic modules from the Hi-MO family and the first module designed for the DG market using HPBC (Hybrid ivated Back ) technology. The Hi-MO 7 module is a new member of the Hi-MO family based on HPDC (High Performance and Hybrid ivated Dual-Junction Cell) cell technology for use in large ground-mounted power plants.

NEWE Insurance

Launches Parametric Insurance for renewable energy companies, in partnership with Elétron. The parametric solution is based on indices, such as solar irradiation, for example.

In practice, it works like this: a provider is defined between the insurer and the insured to provide information on the history of irradiation at the location of the risk, whose data will be monitored and measured regularly, using the triggers approved by the client as parameters. If the index variation occurs outside the limits defined in the policy, the insurance is activated.

Ourolux

Visitors will discover at the stand innovative intelligent solutions that serve companies and public institutions, such as the 550W Photovoltaic module from the Ourolux brand, which is Procel certified, a microinverter, an EV charger in portable and wallbox versions, as well as products manufactured by Ourolux itself (QDCA and String Box).

SMA

Launches Sunny Boy Smart Energy single-phase hybrid inverter for solar and storage systems. The new inverter brings features that guarantee optimal solar yields, even in shaded areas: low startup voltage, ability to take advantage of oversizing and integrated ShadeFix function.

SMA brings other products from the portfolio to the stand, including Residential Energy Solutions; Commercial Energy Solutions; Energy Storage Solutions and Large-Scale Energy Solutions.

Soleasy

The company will present its new operating front for the distribution and sale of photovoltaic product kits, complementing the solutions in its ecosystem. With the presence of two strategic stands, it will show in a gamified way the services and products offered, such as financing, equipment distribution, intelligent monitoring system (Ampera), insurance and benefits program for integrators.

Solis

It exposes its new generation of intelligent monitoring for photovoltaic systems, called SolisCloud. The monitoring platform offers innovative functionalities: the customer can control their system at any time and anywhere.

The intelligent alarm system provides recommendations to quickly repair faults. The tools incorporated into the new platform enable a detailed analysis of the operation of the photovoltaic system.

Soprano

It will launch vehicle chargers, off-grid inverters and batteries. From the Zbeny brand, the charger is for internal and external use and has PEN protection, app control and safe design. The inverter, from Solis, was designed to serve areas without access to electrical networks or subject to frequent power outages. The batteries that will be presented are from Moura in Lithium and Lead Acid models.

Sunalizer

The company, with operations in Brazil and Spain, will highlight its platform, which brings together customers, companies in the sector and installers in a transparent and fast way. The service allows the customer to choose their supplier, delivering information that simplifies the contracting process, taking into criteria such as price, quality of equipment, guarantees, company experience, evaluation, energy generated, among others. The process is online, without bureaucracy and currently at no cost to the customer.

Sunhub

One of the Bonö Group companies makes its debut at Intersolar South America, presenting the new portfolio of solutions for integrators, under the Solutions as a Service concept, with emphasis on the CRM system. The platform now has solutions in commercial management, marketing management, legal management and people training, among other features.

Lightning Rod Thermotechnics

It will present solutions for protection against atmospheric discharges and grounding. The systems rely on components such as detectors, grounding conductors, different types of connections and protection measures against electrical surges to eliminate damage to photovoltaic systems.

Launches a family of products for high-performance exothermic welding under its own brand. Other highlights are pliers for compression connections and high-tech DPS with international certifications.
