The Electricity Sector Industry Meeting, promoted by Sindenergia MT (The Union of Construction, Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity and Gas in the State of Mato Grosso), takes place on May 20th and 21st at Fatec Senai, in Cuiabá (MT).

The event seeks to debate the future of the electricity sector, bringing together more than 1,2 participants and more than 20 stands of manufacturers, designers, builders, traders and generators, with exhibitors who will present clean energy solutions and storage.

Among the discussions at the event are: solutions for generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of energy, energy transition and decarbonization of the industry.

The event's program includes eight thematic s, led by union directors, on energy sources with potential in the state of Mato Grosso, such as solar, hydro, gas, green hydrogen and biomethane.

During the event, lectures are planned. For Carlos Garcia, president of Sindenergia MT, “many still don’t know where to start. A good example is investing in energy efficiency, because by modernizing equipment and reducing consumption, one is already contributing to decarbonization”.
