Megacomm and Huawei define partnership strategy for 2023

Companies discussed the current demands of the Brazilian market and their trends for this year

Photovoltaic kit distributor Megacomm received a visit from Huawei's Latam president, Wang Xindang, on Monday (20). According to the two companies, the objective of the meeting was to discuss and establish new strategies for t action during this year and the coming years.

“During the visit, we had the opportunity to present our new structure, which has 30 thousand square meters and several projects that Megacomm is developing for the market”, commented Bruno Bonfá, CEO of Megacomm.

According to the distributor's executive, the market has been showing initial signs of better technological adoption and quality regulation.

“Although the market is still very new, the size of the responsibility involved in the solar energy chain in Brazil is becoming increasingly clear, and when it comes to power electronics equipment, we could not be better aligned with this, as Huawei Diamond distributors, which reinforces for us that the decision to invest in this project last year was an assertive decision”, highlighted Bonfá.

During the visit, the two companies discussed the Brazilian photovoltaic market and its trends for this year. According to Bonfá, one of the main topics discussed was the importance of after-sales service.

“The after-sales topic was exhaustively discussed in order to maintain its level of excellence, especially with the increase in sales that are expected with the strategies adopted”, pointed out the CEO of Megacomm.

Another topic that marked Xindang's visit to Megacomm was the application of new storage solutions. “This topic was one of the highlights of our conversation, since we presented Huawei with markets that will have high adoption of this type of solution, such as agribusiness, which is responsible for a significant part of the country's GDP,” said Bonfá.

“With this, we have already begun our positioning in relation to this type of technology, which, by the way, we already have available for the residential market. Today, we have in stock and available for sale the Huawei Luna 2000 5 kWh batteries, which are an integrated solution for the brand's smart residential inverters,” he concluded.
