MTR announced that it sold 800 MW in trackers in the 1st half of 2024 and that the equipment received the IEC 62817 certificate by CERE by UL Solution from Spain.

The Spanish company certified the tracker as a global leader in applied safety science, after more than three months at the company's factory in Juiz de Fora (MG) in a structure composed of 120 modules, in stress tests due to strong wind, time of use and engine.

Certification assures MTR customers of operational efficiency, safety against mechanical and electrical failures, compliance with standards and a guarantee of the manufacturer's sustainability.

According to Adriano Nascimento, managing partner of MTR-ARCOL, this new IEC 62817 certification recognizes that the MTR Group meets international quality management standards and complies with the best practices in the sector. “This brings credibility to the company and peace of mind for our customers, who can trust in the quality of the equipment and structures manufactured by MTR”.
