A ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association) and the HAPPENED (Brazilian Association of Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection) celebrated a cooperation agreement to expand t actions, aimed at technical standards and best practices recommended in photovoltaic sector in Brazil.

The partnership also provides for the development of initiatives related to professional training and training, the use of best practices and technologies in testing and inspection of components, equipment and solar energy systems, in addition to holding events, with benefits for of both entities.

Among the agreement's work priorities, the following stand out: carrying out actions to promote issues of common interest to its associates, such as the development of public policies, programs and measures to accelerate the growth of solar, with attention to issues of safety, quality and preservation of the environment.

“This partnership with ABENDI expands the collaboration between the entities in favor of the advancement of the photovoltaic source in Brazil, in line with the technical recommendations for quality, safety, performance and durability of photovoltaic systems”, said Rodrigo Sauaia, executive president of ABSOLAR.

“This partnership strengthens the performance of ABSOLAR in technical and regulatory issues, so that we can bring more security and qualification to the sector, companies and professionals in the market”, he pointed out.

For João Conte, executive director of ABENDI, this partnership will allow the development of new t initiatives, especially in relation to the dissemination of knowledge about best practices and techniques in the areas of inspection and non-destructive testing, via training initiatives, certification and events sets, valuing safety and the environment.
