PL 5829 returns to the Chamber with the final chapter scheduled for February 2022

PL 5829 (Bill No. 5829) – which aims to create the Legal Framework for DG (Distributed Generation) in Brazil – will, once again, be voted on in the Câmara dos Deputados and its final chapter should be decided in February 2022.

The information was obtained exclusively by Canal Solar, together with deputy Lafayette de Andrada (Republicanos/MG), rapporteur of the text in the House. The document It was approved, with amendments, in the Senate, late this Wednesday afternoon (15).

“It (PL 5829) goes to the Chamber, with some contributions from senators. Some very positive and some that deserve further discussion (…) President (of the Chamber of Deputies) Arthur Lira (PP/AL) committed to putting it to a vote in the Chamber right at the beginning of the return to work in February”, said Lafayette.
