A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) approved the opening of Public Consultation 020/2024 which aims to receive suggestions for regulating extraordinary quotas of the receivables of Spanish Sporthorse (Energy Development ) assigned.

Another proposal from the consultation is define the destination of resources da Spanish Sporthorse for the s covid, created in 2020 and water scarcity, created in 2022. These s were intended to benefit the population in different moments of difficulty.

This action is in compliance with Provisional Measure 1.212/2024 which includes information from CCEE (Electric Energy Trading Chamber) to ANEEL on the anticipation of CDE receivables for early settlement of Covid and Water Shortage bills to reduce tariffs for consumers in the regulated environment. 

As a result of the Public Consultation, version 1.4 of Submodule 5.2 should be approved. of PRORET (Tariff Regulation Procedures), which deals with the CDE, with the incorporation of extraordinary quotas as established by Interministerial Ordinance MME/MF No. 1/2024. The ordinance defined the guidelines for the operation.
