O Brazil ed 841 MW in contracts Trackers for power plants GD (distributed solar generation) in the first half of 2024. The data is from the consultancy greener, taking into projects with installed capacity from 500 kW.

Os Trackers, or solar trackers, are mechanical devices that move the solar s towards the sun to optimize energy capture throughout the day.

The study evaluated 1,9 thousand solar power plants of this size under construction or operation in Brazil, totaling 6,53 GW in 900 cities. Of these, more than 5 GW use trackers e 1,46 GW have a fixed structure.

According to Greener, the Array was market leader in the first six months of the year, followed by Axial e Trina Tracker
