Solar complex in CE will receive financing of R$ 123,9 million from FDNE

A Collegiate Board da sudene approved o financing de R $ million 123,9 to two solar parks photovoltaic of power generation No. Ceará, through do FDNE (Northeast Development Fund). 

According to the Northeast Development Superintendence, investments will be directed to the implementation of projects by the Qair International group, located in the municipality of Icó. The total investment of the two plants was R$383,3 million.

The two parks will be part of the Bom Jardim Photovoltaic Complex, made up of a total of 10 SPEs (Specific Purpose Societies). According to data provided by the company, the complex's implementation phase is projected to create 700 direct jobs. 

It is also expected to generate another hundred indirect jobs in various sectors, such as accommodation, food, gas stations, rental of residences and provision of general services, among other segments.

“The Bom Jardim Complex will be interconnected with the Port of Pecém and will contribute to future green hydrogen production projects”, highlighted the director of Fund Management and Fiscal Incentives at Sudene, Heitor Freire. Bom Jardim Energia Solar's two generation parks will be individually equipped with photovoltaic modules, reaching an installed capacity of 59,6 MWp. 

Also according to the Northeast Development Superintendency, each solar park will receive around 32% of the total investment and the operating agent will be Banco do Nordeste.
