Since the beginning of this year, photovoltaic kit distributor Sou Energy has trained approximately 1,5 professionals in the solar energy market. The training includes sales techniques and information about photovoltaic equipment.

The company expects this number to increase to around 3,5 by the end of 2023. The training is carried out through “Sou Experience”, an immersive event in which it offers training for those who work or want to work in the solar energy market.

“Participants have the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge and sales skills, which are essential to stand out in the constantly growing market”, highlights Mário Viana, commercial and marketing director at Sou Energy.

The next edition of “Sou Experience” is scheduled to take place on June 23rd and will be held in Natal (RN). The event will feature lectures given by equipment manufacturers and industry experts, in addition to being a rich opportunity for networking.

Other initiatives

Recently, the Sou Energy also launched the “I’m Certified” campaign, with the aim of encouraging the professionalization of the sector. Through the campaign, Sou Energy covers the costs of certification ABSOLAR of the partner integrating companies.

To participate, integrators must complete the certification process with CTBC (Brazilian Technological Center for Compliance), one of the companies approved by ABSOLAR. At the end, the amount invested in the certificate is refunded in the form of a discount coupon on the company's photovoltaic generator purchasing platform.

“We firmly believe that actions like these, which train and certify people and companies, are fundamental to boosting and professionalizing the solar energy market in Brazil. We are committed to providing the necessary tools and resources so that professionals can stand out and contribute to the sustainable growth of the sector”, concludes Viana.
