Sou Energy promoted on Wednesday (15) in Fortaleza (CE) the launch of its action with robots in the Gourmet Space at Shopping Rio Mar Papicu.

The manufacturer of photovoltaic equipment, which includes robots in its portfolio, presented to the public the BellaBot delivery robot, which delivers food, has AI voice functionality (artificial intelligence), performs multimodal interaction, has multidimensional perception, among other functions.

The robots, which have the ability to attract, welcome and guide the customer experience, will continue to operate at the location until December 31st, from 12pm to 14pm and from 17pm to 20pm.

“Service robots can improve the experience. Arriving at a supermarket and having a robot that knows where the product you want to buy is and takes you there. It's fantastic. I was enchanted by a robot like this at a fair in the United States. And that’s when I decided to work with this segment too”, declared Kleber Pinho, CEO of the company.

Just like the BellaBot model, Sou Energy is developing and selling delivery robots, which can assist with deliveries and act as waiters and even sales promoters.

The robots are imported, but their hardware is adapted and improved by Sou Energy. The Soubot app, whose information is in Portuguese, facilitates interaction with the equipment. “The robot software was 100% developed here based on this new concept presented in the USA. We are the first company in Brazil to work with this type of technology,” Pinho highlighted.
