Os dois enterprises features, together, power 250 kW and there will be a annual savings of R$ 275 thousand to the STF.

O agreement will have an estimated investment of R$1 million, through Neoenergia's PEE (Energy Efficiency Program), regulated by ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency).

The PEE has already benefited more than 50 thousand families in the Federal District, distributing around 230 thousand light bulbs and 5 thousand more efficient refrigerators.

Participating in the g of the agreement were Eduardo Capelastegui, CEO of Neoenergia; Frederico Candian, CEO of Neoenergia Brasília; Ministers Luís Roberto Barroso, president of the STF; and Edson Fachin, vice-president; and Paulo Luciano de Carvalho, secretary of Innovation and Energy Transition, representing the general director of ANEEL.

“We are seeking to take all measures within our power to minimize the environmental impact of the actions of the Supreme Court and the Judiciary, in general,” he said.

Since March 2021, Neoenergia Brasília has implemented some energy efficiency actions in federal agencies in the Federal District (DF), including the Federal Police, Aeronautics, Brazilian Army and UnB (University of Brasília).

In partnership with the Federal Government, the company replaced more than 146 inefficient light bulbs with LED models and installed five photovoltaic plants, resulting in savings of approximately R$7,2 million for public coffers.
