Trina Solar reports increased revenue and profit in Q3 2020

In the first nine months of this year, the manufacturer earned 19,93 billion yuan (R$17,11 billion)

Module manufacturer Trina Solar recorded a 119% increase in profit distributed to shareholders, reaching a total of 832 million yuan (R$718 million) in the third quarter of this year, compared to the same period in 2019.

Still according to the balance sheet, between July and September 2020, the company had revenue of 7,38 billion yuan (R$6,34 billion).

The survey also showed that in the first nine months of this year the manufacturer achieved revenue of 19,93 billion yuan (R$17,11 billion), an increase of 18,66% compared to the same period in 2019. Jifan Gao, CEO of Trina Solar, highlighted that strategic adjustments, as well as the implementation of received contributed to this increase.

“Since the beginning of the year, the photovoltaic industry has faced several challenges, as well as significant market turbulence. The entire Trina team worked together and committed to generating returns for our customers through a rigorous and -focused method of our products and solutions,” said Jifan Gao, CEO of Trina Solar.

Vertex S launch

At a growing pace, Trina will launch the Vertex S photovoltaic module this Wednesday (11), at 16 pm. According to the manufacturer, the solar is ideal for residential roofs, small industries and businesses. The launch will be online with free registration.

The event will be opened by Alvaro García-Maltrás, general director for Latin America at Trina and Guilherme Torrão, Product manager at Trina, will present the characteristics and differences of the Vertex S.

Also during the event, Marcio Takata, director of Greener, will talk about trends in the solar market for homes and areas with reduced space. The presentation and mediation will be by Bruno Kikumoto, executive director of Canal Solar.
