O EcoPower Group and Pura Construtora made official, this Thursday (18) in American (SP), One unprecedented partnership for building residential condominiums who will receive the installation of photovoltaic systems.

The agreement, which will benefit around two thousand families, has the enterprises Pura Residencial Santa Bárbara I, II and III em Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, which are in the construction phase, expected to be delivered between 2025 and 2026 and have 480 units, in addition to the Pure American Residential, which will be launched this semester, with 188 units.

As Houses also fit into band 3 of Minha Casa, Minha Vida – where anyone with a family income of up to R$8/9 and properties up to R$350 can purchase the property from the construction company with the benefits of the program, which are lower interest and a subsidy amount when financing from Caixa Econômica Federal.

In addition to these ventures, there are Jatobá and Manacá Residences in Americana, which also have solar plants and are the result of the partnership, both with 200 units each. According to Eco Power, the partnership will also cover other residences in the future in other cities in the region.

Savings on your electricity bill

According to the company, all houses have photovoltaic systems, installed on behalf of future residents. In total, the technology will provide savings of up to 90% on your electricity bill.

“We are installing a 2,2 kW photovoltaic kit in each of the homes, and this kit is already sized to meet the average consumption of the research carried out by the construction company and the addition of the induction stove,” he said. Anderson Oliveira, owner of Eco Power.

“So, we considered a slightly higher load so that the customer who is buying this residence does not need to use a gas cylinder. He already cooks with an induction stove using the energy it generates, he explained.

According to Oliveira, each house has a 2,2 kW plant, with four 550 W modules from WEG. “Solar can even be used as an integrated economy to reduce other costs that the residence has – bringing quality of life and comfort, without having to increase costs as a result”, concluded the executive.

Ceremony in Americana

The delivery of residential condominiums in the city of Americana, in the interior of São Paulo, also included the participation of local authorities and Zezé di Camargo, Eco Power ambassador.

“I have friends, for example, who have farms that consume more than R$100 of energy per month. You can imagine how much it will lower your cost and how much it will benefit nature. So, when we talk about solar energy, you are benefiting several sides”, said the singer.

“This partnership was very positive, and brought sustainable technologies, such as solar, to these homes in this social range. We hope that agreements like this will increasingly multiply in the public-private issue for the American population”, he concluded Fábio Renato de Oliveira, Secretary of the Environment of Americana.

  1. Congratulations to everyone for the initiative. It's great to know that there are sustainable projects, coming directly from the construction company, with public participation.
