The second edition of “Wind of Change”, a meeting of investors in offshore and onshore wind power and green hydrogen, will take place on April 2nd and 3rd at the Hilton Hotel, in Porto Alegre (RS).

The event comes with the recent approval of the legal framework for wind power offshore in Brazil to promote a business meeting to discuss investments in wind generation and green hydrogen.

Furthermore, the objective is to disseminate knowledge, encourage discussion of regulatory models, seek incentives and enhance the attraction of investments for the energy future, all in a high-level and highly interactive environment.

Wind of Change will bring together representatives from the government, development entities, investment banks, entrepreneurs from the sector, large public and private investors, the product and service chain and will feature more than 20 speakers.

Among the topics that will be addressed are: project structuring, regulatory development and improvement, risks in the planning, construction and operation phases of projects, economic and financial viability, decarbonization challenges, progress of energy transition processes in the region and innovations.
