ZNShine Solar has introduced its new generation of HJT (Heterojunction) modules, developed to increase energy efficiency and reduce LCOE (levelized cost of energy), thus strengthening the company's competitiveness in the photovoltaic market.

According to the manufacturer, the new line combines the advantages of crystalline silicon technology with thin film cells, delivering high conversion efficiency, environmental adaptability and long service life.

The s use an N-type silicon substrate combined with intrinsic amorphous silicon thin films, providing high charge carrier mobility and deep ivation, resulting in higher open circuit voltage and better conversion performance.

Compared to traditional technologies such as PERC or TOPCon, HJT modules They stand out for their stability in adverse conditions such as high temperatures, high humidity and low light.

According to the company, the equipment's temperature coefficient and low light degradation ensure reliable performance in different environments, making it ideal for ground-based plants, commercial and industrial roofs, among other diverse scenarios.

In addition, heterojunction s have a low degradation rate, with a life expectancy of over 30 years, which means a longer efficient operating cycle and a higher return on investment.

The modules are already certified by TÜV and the international standards IEC 61215 and IEC 61730, suitable for large-scale production and global application, offering customers mature, efficient and reliable solutions.

Technical highlights

In actual use, ZNShine Solar's HJT modules demonstrate the following technical highlights:

  • High conversion efficiency: double ivation structure reduces surface defects and improves overall efficiency;
  • Excellent temperature coefficient (-0,24%/°C): ensures stable output even under extreme heat;
  • High bifaciality: effective increase in power generation from the rear of the module;
  • Superior low-light performance: maintains energy production on cloudy days, at dawn and dusk;
  • Immunity to LID and PID: minimizes losses due to degradation induced by light and electrical potential;
  • Low degradation and long service life: more than 90,3% of power maintained after 30 years, ensuring greater return to the system.

Robust design

Considering the varied climate conditions around the world, ZNShine has reinforced the reliability design of HJT s:

  • Silicon ingot pre-cutting technology: reduces the risk of micro-cracks and improves product consistency;
    Light conversion layer: increases absorption and resistance to UV aging;
  • Enhanced edge treatment: improves water and weather resistance, extending service life;
  • Double glass structure with aluminum frame: s up to 5400Pa on the front and 2400Pa on the back, ideal for environments with strong winds and snow.

Large scale manufacturing

The manufacturer has now started to produce HJT modules with powers ranging from 590 W to 750 W on a large scale. These modules are essential for applications in solar plants, commercial roofs and in regions with high temperatures and humidity – with options for different sizes and customized configurations according to demand.

ZNShine solar s feature graphene self-cleaning technology, which creates a hydrophobic and oleophobic layer on the glass surface, reducing the accumulation of dust and water stains, reducing the need for maintenance and ensuring efficient generation for longer – ideal for environments with unstable weather or high presence of dust.

Participation in the Intersolar Summit Northeast

ZNShine emphasized that it is present in the Intersolar Summit Brasil Nordeste 2025, which will be held on April 23-24 at the Ceará Events Center in Fortaleza. The event brings together industry experts and authorities to discuss the region's transformative potential for a low-carbon economy. The company's stand will be located at C35.

“This is the fourth year that our team has participated in the Intersolar Summit Nordeste. In the last two years, we have had our own stand to welcome customers and present our photovoltaic solutions. At first, the event had few participants and exhibitors, but over time the Summit has grown significantly in of attendance and relevance,” he said. Derek Wang, Chief Commercial Officer of ZNShine Solar.

“We are building a solid relationship with the Northeastern market, believing in its enormous potential. We are already seeing positive returns and we will continue to be present, side by side with our partners and customers, with the commitment to grow together and expand our operations to meet the demands of the region with excellence,” he concluded.
